Do you not find it easier to access the spray curtain cover from the top while you had the top off the unit? Love the videos. Wish you serviced my area. I only do new installs but would love to have someone like you to service my customers.

Thanks for picking that up. If you look closely you’ll notice two different machines. For some reason my video glasses didn’t record that and I used my own ice machine to show how to connect the hose to the pump.

My True Undercounter ice maker went crazy this morning. I opened the door and ice poured out. I think I fixed it for the moment, but at first there was continuity across the thermostat leads even when i placed ice on the metal rod inside the machine. (Which is why it wasn’t turning off). I could not find a service manual for the machine. Are parts for these things interchangeable? I found the subzero part for sale, but I would like the oem True part because there is a small breaker attached to the mounting bracket for the thermostat and a subzero part won’t fit perfectly. Do you need to have a business to purchase oem parts ? Thanks if you respond. If you don’t, still love the vids. Thanks for making them.
