This bike has really seen some miles, customer must have had a blast when riding the bike again after the service. Since your channel inspires people to open their own shops or at least get much more involved at home, how about a little shop tour video? A good workshop usually has a very efficient use of workspace, just like the kitchen in a good restaurant. I'm sure yours looks immaculate. Great job and bon appétit ;)

I hope you regularly check the torque wrench because those click type torque wrench’s go off spec a lot. I notice you don’t use a spoke protector as well, not sure why. I personnaly hate quick release anything. Too easy for stuff to get stolen and doesn’t help when you get a puncture at all. I also know of someone that went head over heels when their front tire came loose while riding.

Hey! Big fan. One Question though. I heard that you should never use Copper Paste when aluminium is involved due to some chemical reaction that causes some corrosion. What is your take on that? Thanks in advance!

The corrosion is between the steel and aluminium on bikes not the one element of copper on either of those. The copper is actually there to prevent that exact corrosion🧡

Great question! Everything we removed felt torqued correctly, a few components were greased that usually aren’t and from the upgraded jockey wheels and fresh pads you can tell that at some point money has been spent on it. We hadn’t seen this bike before but instantly you can tell the budgeted or un-serviced bikes from the just really worn but actually looked after ones 🧡

It’s a mixture. We funnel them from clean to greasy. So after going on a clean frame they’ll go to wiping over components etc and the ones that aren’t to greasy go in the wash but the ones that are just go to the bin. Thanks for the support, glad you’re loving the videos!🧡⚙️

I've been wondering why you don't use a fair amount of water to wash the bike, but just spray some washing liquid and wipe the dirt off. Wouldn't a proper wash be a more effective and faster way to wash the bike? However, being careful of places where water must not go.

Love the bike design kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L and functionality. It is hard to align the front tired to center the disk brakes. The brake wheel touches the stationery side of the brake caliper and pad. I aired the tire up to 40 psi as the markings say 40-60psi. Left the house for a few hours and came back to an exploded innertube. All in all it seems to be a good bike. Have not ridden it yet though so that's the max of my knowledge. Update, put a new innertube made sure the tire was set properly and it did the same thing in under 20 minutes as second pic shows.
