What's with the negative, nasty comments about Scott Baio? He has a right to vote for who he wants, just like everyone else. As far as his career goes, he may not have made it big like George Clooney or Brad Pitt, but I'd bet a lot has to do with the fact that he is a good man with scruples and values which makes him picky about what roles he will play. And we all know that scruples and values are not what Hollywood wants to promote. I think he is a genuine person and a down to earth awesome guy. If people didn't waste their time bashing others for ridiculous reasons, maybe the world would be a better place.

As I was watching this I was thinking how good he looks for his age, while others have said he looks old, or stoned. I think he looks dignified, and as he expressed his opinion to child stars growing up in the business, not to drink or do drugs. Those things will ultimately make you age. I thought Scott Baio looks quite normal, especially after having just seen an interview with Erin Moran, who looks quite old!!

I was in Scott's very 1st fan club back in the 70's. A teeny-bopper then. Many nights I went to bed thinking about "Chachi". Oh Lord! I've followed him ever since then. His very 1st sitcom..I believe was Who's Watching the Kids". I couldn't get close enough to the tv! Scott has aged very well. He is still hot! In this interview he may have been tired, or allergies...who knows. Nonetheless - he is still HOT. :)

I used to have a crush on both Scott and Chachi. Being around thirteen at the time, I often confused the two since they looked so much alike. Now that I've read so much more on both Scott and Chachi, I know that they are actually very different people. Chachi is very sweet, sensitive, open-minded, and sincere while Scott is cold-hearted, narcissistic, snobbish, and bigoted. So while I still love Chachi today, I lost respect for Scott.

Scott, as I was listening to Katie ask you about writing a book, if you do I would be so thrilled if you remembered something that happened in South Carolina years ago. Probably 40 years, IKR, how would you. But it’s a claim to my crazy fan love for you that could have gotten me arrested. You, Ralph Malone, the McNichol guy and Todd (what’s up Willis) performed at an amusement park called Carowinds. After the show was over there was a building, probably a shed and you climbed up where you could see the fans. Well one of those fans was me. I jumped from my seat ran over and jumped in the top of the building and was crawling my way to you. Yes I was that huge crazy fan. I didn’t want to hurt you. Just wanted to speak to you and maybe get a hug. Just my luck, dang security guard caught me by the foot and was having a fit. LOL, so was I. I screamed at him let me go I just want to touch him. This was when I was 15 years old and am now 56. You probably have no memory of this, but it was like yesterday to me. I enjoy telling the story, just sad that I didn’t make it too you!!
