People don't give Scott enough credit, he's done so much with his success, more than anyone would ask for. He's one of the best indie devs out there in my opinion, he's what a game dev should strive to be, always looking to the horizon, with their fan base by their side.

I do admit that Fnaf's story is a little sloppy, but looking at the description of Fnaf 4, it stated it was the final chapter to the ORIGINAL story. Scott has made the right calls to keep Fnaf going by making more games that look back at the OG games, and moving forward into the story by making them in different platforms that can make the franchise even better. I would have been satisfied if UCN was the FINAL game in the series, but I'm glad that it has continued in a new way.

I recall discovering FNAF from one of my schoolmates performing the 1987 Golden Freddy easter egg in the original FNAF before school. By that point I think FNAF 4 and maybe even World (though I would discover the latter when version 2.0 came out) were both already out. This game pretty soon gave me nightmares. I legitimately could not go to bed without closing the doors from that point forward, and I often had a fear of the dark then.
