Scott talking about psychology makes me very excited. Golf is the hardest sport mentally bc there is no one to blame for performance but yourself. Extreme ownership is something not very many people can take. Meditation and mindfulness is very impactful, it’s too bad many people will make fun of it and dismiss it…

I am 63 and have 115-119 speed. I started STACK, and stopped after 5-6 sessions . Went and hired Janet Alexander to get joints and body stronger and more flexible. Came back to STACK and had huge results.

the conversation surrounding smylie is an important thing i tell my friends or people who object to the idea of decade - you can play golf any way you want. if you want to hit hero shots in your saturday game that's your prerogative but it's not mathematically optimal. so, if you want to shoot the lowest score over the course of the season there's really no debate about how to play the game.

I've listed to about every available podcast / KZbin video with Scott and every single one of them he says something along the lines of "I literally have golfed in x number of months." But then at the same time is talking about all these events he's playing 😂
