Was this a "remastered" version released exclusively to Christian radio? Or was it just a remix? Either way, it sounds way better than the original!

Yes, this was actually a radio remix, which was never officially released on album. Only a handful of copies were handed out at concerts, special events etc. The version you hear on the "Passion" soundtrack was coincidentally the version of the song he had wrote BEFORE he saw the film. After the movie was released and he saw it, he was inspired to remake/remix the song and this was the end result. Fyi I am the one who originally posted this years ago, I'm just under a different user name now.
