Yeah...about that 311 fight. It started because Scott came into a hotel lobby in LA drunk off his ass, recognized the singer from 311 (S.A. Martinez) and his wife at another table, and started acting like an immature douchebag. He threw a wadded up napkin at the wife and called her a name, and the drummer from the band (Chad Sexton) respectfully asked him to chill out...which Scott responded to by sucker punching him, hitting Martinez's wife in the follow through. Another band member then punched Scott and laid him out on the ground, and Scott's wife had to sit on top of him to get him to stop. So yeah, the badass brawl Scott thought he was involved in was really just him hitting an unassuming guy who was trying to get him to stop acting like a jackass, and a woman who was sitting by minding her own business.
