Storch was a hired studio musician by Dre. Eve brought him to Dre because she knew him from Philly as the keyboardist for the Roots. Dre taught him, and Eminem how to program and produced whole records. He's said it himself but he never made any of Dre's beat. Mel-Man brought in samples and Storch was one of many musicians Dre took rifts from and created masterpieces. He had studio musicians like Stan the Guitar man in NWA and J-Flexx and Rob at Death Row. Dre is the greatest which is why he has a billion after starting over twice (Ruthless and Aftermath) He left hundreds of millions and still made it back to the top. That's a real talent

He wasn’t really a ghost producer he got credited for pretty much all his work, he’s a musician. He got credited along with other musicians like Mike Elizondo and Eminem’s keyboardist Luis Resto. Read the credits or at least do the homework before the interview. It’s noted in his story that he was known for his work with the roots on the song “You Got Me”.

When I came off percs, weed made my anxiety worse. Idk bout other drugs but I had to stop smoking weed for like a week until the withdrawals were done. I obviously enjoyed that first inhale though. But yes, I'm not seeing weed as helping opiate withdrawals because the anxiety is the hardest part.
@hurstod533
@hurstod533 4 жыл бұрын
Me too, but I know some people that used weed after and it keeps them sane. I read an article that said it depends on which part of your brain is most sensitive to THC. If it’s the anterior (front) part of the brain, consuming marijuana will produce rewarding effects (i.e. feelings of ease, reduced anxiety, and joy). If it’s the posterior (back) region that’s most sensitive to THC, it will produce negative reactions (i.e. paranoia and fear).
@jamesdoakes4956
@jamesdoakes4956 4 жыл бұрын
@b18 dc2r Nah bruh, all weed can bring out anxiety, especially if you're withdrawing because your anxiety is already thru the roof. The strongest indica can still make you anxious because pot hightens all of your senses n it sometimes causes a physical paranoia. Not that you're paranoid, but your body is. N that can lead to things like RLS. And RLS will cause you to roll around in the bed all figity n restless at night which makes you even more anxious. Weed is pretty much best for withdrawals when you're someone who doesn't smoke weed. But people who smoke weed daily will have a lot of trouble using it to get off opiates. Does that make sense lol? So basically if you're on opiates n don't smoke weed, it'll work best for you.

ABG Cell yes he’s been saying it cool but when you read in between the lines of what he’s saying he kept calling him “piano man” indirectly, he shedding light on Scott’s so called “low points”. Give the man his respect, he’s a super producer and he beat manny fair and square but Charlamagne is from the south so he’s riding for Manny and that’s cool but I can see the BS.

shawn Toby he’s saying that’s how Scott was viewed for most of his career. Yeah he’s riding for Mannie because most of the media been disrespecting that man for the last couple of weeks. Mannie didn’t get washed. But that’s the narrative. Because it has been coming from NY outlets. And it can’t be a wash when it was 5-0 out the gate

I would hope the new, up and coming artists are watching these battles because it's amazing how these songs are etched in American History. It's cool to have a good few songs but to put out a "Thriller" is something that keeps you going forever!

But to be fair Timbaland played a few songs in his battle with Swizz that he didn’t lay a finger or idea on and his name was slap on the credit because he’s a name. Scott played 3 songs to be exact that were coproductions by way of credits and only one wasn’t physically produced all by him. You never wonder why producers like Dre, Timbaland,etc sound changes; it’s not because they summon a new approach it’s always that “Piano Man” so to speak, that bring the new vibes. But Scott went on to make a bunch of other hits that he did by himself despite the coproduction in those are disregarded somehow.

As a producer myself let me just break it down for everybody. Scott's sound is very distinctive and Dre's music before and after Scott sounds nothing like the shit he did with Scott....and on the flip side Scott's production without Dr Dre sounds nothing like Dre's shit before and after. After leaving Death Row Dr Dre reinvented his sound using Scott Storch and Mike Elizondo.

I think people are missing what Storch brings to the table, he plays real instruments.. Mannie plays a beat machine..big difference. Imagine going to a parade and it’s a one man band. Every band has one player. Or going to see an orchestra and it’s one man.. just won’t hit the same. Not only that...when your in a band its many players. Drums pianos horns symbols etc
