Same here. I remember the first time hearing it as a kid growing up in Cleveland in the 90s. “Sandy Alomar cool as the other side of the pillow”. Then I remember laying in bed; and flipping my pillow over and thinking holy crap hes right

@@fitthedescription3490 Word, dudes like SVP and RIch are of course gonna hold it down for Stuart. The dude was everything. In so many aspects of life, time makes things better, faster, stronger. Even the athletes these dudes covered. But this is one field that seems to be exempt. There has never been anyone else like Stuart, and there may never be again. It's been 20 years since I first heard him, and the first day might still be the best of all.

So true. Even though Stuart Scott eventually lost his battle with same type of Appendix Cancer I was diagnosed with. He was my true inspiration getting through the Cancer Fight that I battled 6+ years ago. Thank you and God Bless this man.

I had the honor of meeting him at work at the Washington Hilton hotel when i was a bartender there. He was cool & down to earth. He was the reason i loved looking at ESPN. He is definitely missed! R.i.p my brother from another mother.
