What’s sad is that I met Scott Weiland in Asheville a few months before his passing and it was not the same person here. In just a few years, addiction had made him a shell of his former self. It takes these old videos to remember who he really was. Thank you to the people who keep that memory alive by uploading stuff like this

Too many guitars and too many backing vocals. However, I agree with the other comment, where someone said Scott looked and sounded good here. I think the time with Velevet Revolver brought him back to earth a little. But then post-STP reunion, that's where he really went down hill.
