YEP big corporates just use abuse . Worked that out over 30+ yrs Trucking . 2023 bit of slow down going on econmy 2021-2023 GOVERN/ DWP trained up 60.000 newbee drivers , NOW more drivers than work(BRISTOL AREA ) , loads drivers advertising for work , compared 2016- 2022 . & Last 13 yrs theres been switch from WEEKLY / HOURS PAY (PAYE) BASIC 8 DAY + OVERTIME OVER 8 HOURS DAY . TO mounthly salarys based on MAX 48 hours week (WTD) PAYE . NOT payed hours basic 8 day + overtime over 40 week/ 8 day CLASS2 (C) £30K ONLY £12 HOUR LOL. . @@SuperFIFTHGEAR

Had to smile when, in Part 2 of your video, you were delivering through the night. My hubby had always worked shift work, mainly night shifts. Anyway, when we would travel through the night on our way from Manchester to Dover heading for France, I would put my hand on his leg whilst driving as I was paranoid about him falling asleep, so I would squeeze his leg to make sure he didn't fall asleep. The thing is I had worked a full day myself, and it was actually me who kept falling asleep in the car. He told me the longest time between squeezing his leg was two hours🤣🤣, and I was completely snoring my head off. He'd had a half day's sleep himself, so he was ok, and didn't bother him. Apparently, because you want to sleep, then suddenly wake up, its your sugar levels dropping. The worst part apparently is around 3:00am. When doing these, you do need to sleep during the day, and no cat napping

I did nights off and over the years different jobs from the age of 18 I always used to get the 3 o’clock blues always felt knackered from 3 to 4 and then start to wake up. One job I did was 15+ miles from work by the time I drove home I was wide awake never be able to get to sleep until 9 it was a pain.
