It’s gonna come down to what the judge thinks…Scottie did nothing wrong…the traffic police conflicted themselves….the second degree felony charge won’t stick …the police got it badly wrong so it looked as though Scottie disobeyed a traific officers directive…all charges will be dropped…but it will take a judge to decide that after all the facts are clear….
