This is a total screw up by the police which is not that unusual at accident sites since they rarely coordinate and maintain a safe and practical approach to such incidents. Remember, filing a false police report is a criminal offense, that cop should be charged if anything is wrong. My take is, who didn’t do their job? All cops that are issued a body cam must turn it on. Was he issued a gun with no bullets? Was he issued a uniform with no badge? There must have been several cops on scene, did they all have their cameras off? The Louisville Police Chief has no control over the department. They just do whatever they want with no repercussions. What a bunch of clowns.

To me, it sounds like, that he tried to get out of traffic and do what he wanted to do because he is a Golfer, “the number 1 in the World” He didn’t listen to the “Police Officer” because he thought it was an “Security Guard ( You are nobody attitude, Do you know who I am”. Scottie mentioned he thought he was a Security Guard because of the yellow jacket he had on. So he gave the guard less respect and tried to do what he wanted to do because who he is. Power and Control. He was a little cocky to me on the press conference. Witnesses seem like they on Scotties Side because He Is “The Worlds Number 1 Golfer” , “ The Numner 1 Golf in the World” As he can do any wrong.
