The District Attorney should have never filed charges; he should have looked at all the evidence before filing charges! It looks bad on the part of the DA’s office to drop the charges with no new evidence just before the trial; it shows the DA‘s office as incompetent. It looks bad on the part of the police department and shows them as untruthful and bullies with badges!
