wonderful skills. I do have a question but it pertains to the Renshi Belt. Trying to get a general perspective of how schools use it, being different by style and even schools in same style. In general, as I comprehend, generally given around 4th or 5th dan white top at 5th, red at top at 6th dan. Also heard of schools that award at 4th dan and they wear it black side out, until 5th dan. In fact I actually talked with a guy who was given the Renshi Belt at 3rd Dan, once. Also Renshi belt isn't so much a rank but a status and given to the "best" student and the one who is to take over next, as I comprehend it. Meaning is Polished Teacher. Do I have a good / general concept of this belt and is your system use this belt different that I described ? Thanks much for your time

For us, Renshi title is for 5th and 6th degrees

I always trapped better with my left arm/hard (14:33) and I thought this was the same for everyone but now realize its not,I have this weidf thing, I throw a Football. Baseball shot a basketball with my left hand, Bat Righty, Write Righty, Punch a Cross Better with my Left but a Jab or Power lead hand Punch with my Left (for example if I switch stance a Jab or Power Lead Hand Punch with my right is worse than my left so I never underdtood the saying switch stance so the Power hand is the lead hand), Kick better with my Left Foot when Its Forward but cant do the same if my right foot is forard) and Trap better with my left ....
