Scott I was listing positives of the 360 and I was nodding until he mentioned the Kinect. Pretty sure the Kinect is why the PS3 technically caught up. I heard they were basically only funding games that at least had the option of using Kinect for a good 2.5-3 years there for a bit. The ROMS could even be on steam or some platform. Not that they aren’t already out there, but maybe some companies are afraid that if they release their own ROMS, then they will be even easier to pirate. But hey, they could could register them to your account so that if you distribute the exact ROM, the first thing everyone sees is “This ROM illegally distributed by *Your Name*”
