SCOTUS Jan 6 obstruction ruling

The high court has ruled the Department of Justice interpreted "obstruction" too broadly. Justices narrowed the scope.

Riots harmed thousands of people, and over 200 federal buildings, including the white house, the capitol harmed a handful of people and 1 building. Yes, there were arrests at the riots; however, they were all set free, no trials, and not one of the political figures seen Promoting and supporting these acts have been charged.

it will be impossible to vote in a rural area this November. Now, intimidation at the polling sites cant be considered obstruction. Thanks SCOTUS, you have officially delivered us from our liberties.

The argument being made in this ruling is that obstruction of an official proceeding did not occur because they didn't destroy any documents, votes, or materials involved in that particular proceeding. By that same exact, (This is the part where you "Derp" your own dumbass self)....As long as someone isn't destroying ballots, or voting materials, it's okay. "Demonstrating" at or delaying an official proceeding of our democratic process on election day is not obstruction until their new threshold is met. Welcome to the shit show that you wanted🙄
