Both were former soldiers with superheroes for children. Jules was no slouch and the only reason he’s still a robot is because he has a bullet in his head. If he were to change back, and it is possible, he would likely be killed. It’s why he was robotisized in the first place.

This was really good! It was interesting seeing mire layers to Scourge, Tru Blue really nailed his voice, and it was also nice to Jules again. He's such a good character and dad to Sonic. Also, that's you got your parents to voice both him and Bernadette. They did an Awesome Job!
