People think Prime says Impossible as referring to Scourge's strength but I think his line was referring to the symbol on his face. Prime has extensive knowledge of Cybertron's history so he probably did recognize Scourge was a herald of Unicron. He was just shocked that Unicron was real instead of being an old Cybertronian myth.

The quality depends on your source material and then your rendering settings. Along with these you can also add some video filters/effects which can make the video look overall better.
