How to Become a Trained Cub Scout Leader

Please let me know where to go to get your above leader training guide, have looked at my. scouting but have now found.

I definitely want to become a scout leader!!! I was a Cub Scout when I was younger but due to a leader well I wouldn’t call him a leader put a bad taste in my mouth by having favorites and being unfair. Several years down the road I joined the Army in 99 when I graduated high school, have two departments and now in the State Guard. I would absolutely love to be one so I can teach kids and give to my community!
