I believe there’s a part in the rules for overlords that says something about running all his plans by a 4 year old girl, and if she can spot any holes in those plans they to be immediately scrapped. 13 is the 05’s little girl. Just an average joe off the street, no delusions of grandeur, and no 300 iq, who serves to keep the council grounded by the simple fact that he doesn’t have his head permanently lodged up his own ass.

They've only blown themselves up once so far. And yes it was because they couldn't be trusted. The issue with the original O5 council was that they had becomes so anomalous, they could no longer be trusted to keep normality. The exception being O5-13, since they are a box standard human. Someone randomly grabbed from the streets to tell them what is normal or not (which shows O5-1's concerns were pretty well founded). Unfortunately this has caused paranoia to grip the new O5 council, thinking 13 was behind it all with unstoppable reality bending powers (when they are still just a normal human being). So the second group might end up being eliminated if their paranoia goes too far. But hopefully once they see the transcript for the previous O5's last meeting, they'll understand what really happened.

I mean, after all, how long can someone live before their brain is filled with memories and information before there's no more room for anything else? Hence memory overlap. If you've ever had low HD space and your computer started to do odd things because the cache reached the HD storage capacity. After 300-400 years, his brain became too gummed up to keep going in a proper fashion. Hence the disease I've coined as Immortal Memory Overlap Disease, or IMOD for short.

My theory was that the administrator sent 05-13 to investigate the previous Council, but found out their intentions weren't for the good of mankind, so he had them killed. And so he is the with the new council, to see where their intentions lie.

Fun Fact: I live directly across the street from a company called SONOMA CLEAN POWER. They are a Sonoma county based agency helping to fuel electric cars. The initials are SCP in case nobody here noticed. Some months ago one of these videos (forgot which one, hard to find with such a long list) listed many pretend companies with those initials (one of them was Spicy Crust Pizza) and in that story they were all subsidiaries to the SCP foundation. It might be fun to compile a list of REAL LIFE businesses and companies with those initials. I live across the street from one as I said earlier.
