Yeah. But it depends on the scp wiki itself, when you submit a scp you made yourself, it takes forever for the admins to get to it due to how many they get and they also have to review it and either allow it or disallow it on the wiki depending on the story-telling.

Actually...that does make sense. Kinda, at least? Platypusses do have beaks, excess skin between their toes and probably in other places as well to help them swim, they lay eggs, and the males have a venomous stinger on their hind legs with venom strong enough to paralyze smaller creatures and hurts A LOT to humans. The plaguedoctor has a beak, tons of excess skin that we do not know the actual shape of (as in what it would look like if "fully extended", for all we know he has some sort of wings wrapped around himself or a long flat tail...;D), he can lay eggs, and his hands can kill with just one touch, which could very well be because of some sort of venom either coating his skin, or maybe he actually does sting his patients. Its not as if he ever was very open about himself or his anatomy, so he could be hiding his true nature. ...is his French accent just another lie, and he is actually an Aussie?!?xD

He could already be blind for all we know, since his eyes are all clouded over. He probably has poor vision at least. So how would removing his eyes help? And filling the sockets with concrete? Most lilkely the new eyes would just slowly push at the stone and make ut fall out in pieces. Or did you mean we should fill his skull with concrete through his eyes? That's not a very good plan. Not only would his head be heavy as frick, and thats not fair towards 096. He desservs good living conditions like any dangerous being. Also again, the brain would just reform and slowly break down the concrete. It would cause more issues than it is worth, and it would harm 096. The simplets way to give him a good life is to provide him with blind caretakers and maybe even a blind pet. We saw in that one When Day Breaks story about 096 how he could befriend and dven care for a blind kid with no issue, even growing parental towards her. So making sure he has a clean containment chamber, a few nice and calm blind caretakers, and a blind dog would probably make him less misserable. And who knows, maybe that would lead to less aggression if seen as a pixel in a photo.
