To my mind, it is cleared that the young girls anomalous powers are capable of neutralizing SCP682 and it’s anomalous effects with exception of the regenerative ability however, close proximity of the two anomalies seems to generate the effect of SCP 682 becoming completely incapacitated Without the ability to counteract this on the same level as it counteract other influences, my recommendation place, the young girl and SCP 682 in the same containment cell and keep them there permanently under observation. This should render both anomalies, inert and potentially even allow for eye contact And prolong exposure as well as direct physical contact to the young girl
