They also said that SCP-2376-1 instances' movement can't be perceived while being looked at, but they can still move, & than in every part of the video other than early in the video, they didn't move while being looked at. They said that you have to intentionally close your eyes to see any movement & that you can't see their movement in videos, but if they could still move while being looked at & it just wouldn't be perceived, then automatic blinking would be enough to make their movement visable, & they could make their movement visable on videos by simply making every other frame a black screen. An easy fix would be to simply say that they can't move while being looked at. The part about having to close your eyes every 5 minutes & see if they type anything would still make sense because close your eyes is vague, so the amount of time is only limited by context, so in this case it could mean anything from 1 second to 30 seconds, & 30 seconds is probably enough time for a SCP-2376-1 instance type something.

This SCP is actually really interesting and creative. It basically puts you in the perspective of a crow looking at a scarecrow but the other way around. Don't forget that with the many different writers for the Foundation's entries, their levels of ruthlessness is bound to vary dramatically. 1:45 this brings up a point I have been questioning for a while. Anomalies are anomalies because they defy our laws of physics in some way but what if our laws are just wrong? We used to believe that the Sun revolves around Earth but that was changed due to scientific advancement. That begs the question: If the laws of physics changed in the future, could that cause some anomalies to be re classified as normal?
@Master_E4442 жыл бұрын
Anomalies that are understood due to breakthroughs in scientific studies and research are designated as Explained. There was a dice that was believed to cause D&D based hallucinations but really it was lined with standard hallucinogens. There was also a rock that emitted radiation in high quantities, later identified as a simple radioactive element. There are likely many more things that were considered anomalous until recent advancements in our understanding
@arlenfreeman3439 Жыл бұрын
@@Master_E444 And part of the Foundation's mission is to find out how these anomalies do or do not violate science. If they can figure out how and why it works, they can quietly and gradually slip a few "discoveries" on the nature of the universe to the public without breaking the veil.

Even if the person tries to escape, they wont since the person has them around there arms and as long as they do that, the scare crow will be in there hands. Proposal for new Mobile Task Force Sigma-20 "Rag Dolls": Comprised of instances of SCP-2376-1 who have made a recovery to full mobility and are no longer contagious. Given the inability of non-anomalous humans, most anomalous humans, and some humanoid entities (continued cross testing needed) to perceive movement from instances of SCP-2376-1, along with Foundation covert ops training, MTF Sigma-20 members would be highly effective in infiltration and covert combat. Individual members would mostly need to work solo due to them being unable to perceive one another, though various methods of communication and tactics have been proposed. Viability testing of the concept is currently awaiting O5 review.
