I really do love this premise on 049 and 035 relationship. Although they tend to give off a very friendly companionship, they are both very ominous and mysterious SCPs with no definitive origin or background, so their history with eachother is really obscure.

I'll admit, I'm not that invested in the SCP fandom, I do know a bit though! Also, I really so love these comics and dubs, it's all so charming and lovely! Both the Dyo and the Plague Doctor are super well done, I love them a lot.
