Very cool round on public where my friend @toeran6061 an I happened to get the SCP's in the same round! Was looking forwards to this eventuality and it was great fun as I hoped. Finally a round with competent SCP's as well, PC can be extremely hard to play or work with for newcomers as it kinda needs the player to be atleast a jack of all trades, luckily my SCP cast happened to know what they were doing ;)

While it is fun and chaotic, it's a pretty bad strategy to do as it denies you a lot of early exp, as those two roles give the most and human-on-human kills give no exp.

@@winstology101 Not really unfortunately, a majority of d-boys and scientists ultimately don't actually contribute very much danger to the SCPs. Like 99% of the danger to the SCPs are the MTF and Chaos spawn waves. Like I said, the strategy is indeed fun, but it's more worthwhile to get as much exp as possible early so you're ready to help with the first MTF spawn wave.

@@KadavaSmile I searched Steam and KZbin for guides but they're all outdated, so it'd be a great resource for new players but up to you of course. I wanted a guide updated for Minicry but never found one. For me, learnings the important subtle details of the game were most interesting, like 079's blackout helping peanut move freely regardless of sight, or the importance of sound when trying to survive as a D-boy (hiding your footsteps from SCPs, listening for Larry or crying noises, etc.)

Well for the most part you got a bunch of children that think its funny because they saw someone else do it however occasionally you get someone like me who is doing it for a purpose. I was used to be main 079 on Spanish region, one of the best in the rework before the new one. I must say they made computer easier, despite the visual effects... They should add an option where visual effects are dissabled, unless the game warns you about that.

While in the hands of someone good with the SCP the computer can be extremely fun to play and insane to watch, the issue is that it is also the hardest role in the game with an extremely high skill floor. So for a vast majority of players, getting the computer means they'll be spending the next 10-20 minutes doing very little as most people will have absolutely no idea how to effectively use computer. Other SCPs and human roles are intuitive in how you play them, within a couple games most people would be able to play them on a functional level, the computer on the other hand is pretty unintuitive, there is no clear method of play, how to effectively get exp, how you should use your abilities to help your fellow SCPs and not hinder them, etc., so it takes a *significantly* longer amount of time to learn the computer well enough to play it at a functional level. Because of that the computer is a very unpopular SCP to play, as SCP:SL isn't a competitive game or anything, most people playing are just there to chill and have fun making it so that most people have no interest in putting so much time into learning the role when every other SCP is far easier to play. It's especially true these days now that you can actually set your preferences for each SCP, making most people set the computer to the absolute lowest priority to avoid it.
