I think Dr. Oleksei was in the wrong because he genuinely thought every death was worth it. while Dr. Dan showed remorse and admitted he did something wrong, but still believed that had he thought it through he would be more in the right. Dan understood the risks however I think he could have done things differently (he seemed dead set on doing the task so him not doing it is out of the question).

Fun fact as a former crew member about black hawks: A UH-60 blackhawk travels comfortably at a cruising speed of around 140 KIAS, or 161 MPH. If the helicopter can keep pace at a 30 degree nose down angle, travelling along the desert and allowing that sniper to "take the shot" so to speak, and shy guy is still accelerating, that means he is exceeding speeds of 160 KIAS to 200 KIAS ,or 184 MPH to 230 MPH, respectively.

Keep the bag on its head, lock a heat resistant metal cube over his head. Throw him in a mile deep underground 5ft. thick lead tube, with an inside width of 10x10m. Be sure the inside metallic surface is as smooth as possible, and coated with lubricants. Insert SCP-096 into the bottom of the tube, then fill the tube halfway with molten lava. I believe mere acids will not do the job do to the thickness of the liquid. Molten metals seems ideal to me because of its thickness and weight, making it much more difficult to simply swim out of. I do not know if this'd work, but it's the best I could come up with.

We can assume from the logs that SCP-096 has as much strength as needed to progress through any solid material between it and it's target. SCP-096's bone structure is indestructible and inviolable, and appears to be the source of it's regeneration. SCP-096 has not shown to be able to break reality boundaries. Delivery of SCP-096 into SCP-3001, or a similar low-hume pocket dimension, should be effective in neutralizing it with minimal collateral damage.

@@thenutstealer Yeah my mate in the "MTF task force 3" told me that a creature called the sky guy made its way half way across the world to the USA to kill one man. Jeez that has to be one hell of a terrorist. Strangely there isn't any footage of the attack considering that it was near a school with CCTV? People said that soldiers arrived in helicopters just to kill this guy. And to any comments who ask me about this guy? I haven't seen him since for a while and I saw a missing poster about him.
