Opening freezers won't cool your home, the heat scape of those is probably in your home, It'll end up heating it up more than if you just wouldn't. The best way to cool your house with those restrictions in mind would be to deactivate your electronics and electrodomestics, not to make them consume more power.

In this scenario the optimal procedure is immediately turning off all electronics then opening any refrigerators to let out the air that has already been cooled. Expelling heat from a building without air exchange to the outside won't be possible unless it was specifically designed for such (some air-tight labs have this kind of large-scale refrigeration). The best that most could do is cover windows so sunlight doesn't contribute to warming the interior.

It makes it hotter too. For a fridge to cool something off it needs to heaten something else up, that plus the second thermodynamic law that says that you cannot transport heat wihtout employing some work, and the fourth lay of thermodynamics, it is not possible to use work without loosing energy in the shape of heat, makes it so you actually heat up your house by opening your fridges. The best strategy would be to keep them closed so they don't heat up your house up more and you can keep your food safe during the emergency. Once the fridge runs out of food, disconnect it.

Opening fridges and freezers will simply result in higher energy costs. The reason air conditioning works is because it dumps the heat outside. Refrigeration system in residential homes dump the heat inside the house, usually on the bottom or back of the unit. It will result in a net zero temperature change because the hot and cold sides of the system are in the same room.
