A parked regen is telling you the system needs serviced and this is only to get you to the shop for repairs and not an overall fix. Great video.

I run into a lot of in town drivers that don't let the regen compete. Eventually a parked regen is needed.

If the DPF isn't to a certain fill level it won't regen. Or some trouble codes won't let a regen proceed. They are very temperamental systems. Let me know how it works out for you. Thanks for watching.

Make sure the trouble codes are cleared before you run a regen. Ran into same problem. Would never finish. Cleared codes and tried again, went normally. Let me know what you find.

Did you figure out what was wrong with your truck? Sounds like the dpf might not be getting hot enough. I would check to nozzle on the hydrocarbon dose. They tend to get carboned up. Be careful the bolts and fuel line tend to break. Let me know what you find. Thanks for watching.

A Regen should take only about 40-50 minutes, anything more than that you have a problem with the system

Useless video. Didn't describe the problem before doing regen. Could ask regen for many things. Without codes before, that message is just genereic warning for aftertreatment problem

Sorry you didn't like the video. This particular truck was driver error. He kept interrupting the driving regen, never letting it complete. There were no issues or trouble codes. My goal for this video was just to show how to do a parked regen without a scantool before you derate and have to call a tow truck.
