This wasn't a bad version of Scrabble, but they should've split the money, giving the player the money and put it in the jackpot

Absolutely! Other than that, it's good that they ultimately kept the gameplay and most of the format intact, but the change of fonts and graphical execution in the Scrabble Sprint were cringy and the new theme music and new music cues were GOD-AWFUL and the ultimate catalyst for the demise of this show.

I heard in this revival of "Scrabble" someone set an incredible 69.3 sec sprint time. Not as bad as 87sec set by Sang, but it's still horrible.

Chuck mentioned the "pass" advantage, but wouldn't that just cause the players to volley in an endless loop? pass. pass. pass. pass. etc.

No if the other person guesses wrong as well, the opponent has to take a tile.
