I'm addicted to colour-blocking (I'm just fabric stingy and I hardly ever throw away any fabric - but then, I have 7 pets so I can always make another dog/cat bed 🤣) Congratulations to your Granny!!!! Some great ideas here. I really really love the mustard version. I have recently started planning the closet case pouffe. The extra with this one is that I can use it to hold all the tiny off cut scraps as stuffing. I am very excited☺️

Hi Kristen. I’ve made that top from Peppermint mag. I did a very similar version to the one on the pattern but in a blue and white tie dye striped pattern. I love the effect but I’m not sure that the boxy shape flatters my figure so well. However, I love the look of the Fern top which defines the waist more. I shall give that a go and I’ve just bought the pattern - so thanks for that idea!

I know this is a few years old now but would this be something you can use a light quilt type cotton for? I have so many scraps but most are woven quilt cotton materials from dresses I've made my girls
