Pausing the video to comment. It's okay to have better and worse days. It's okay to be less talkative, and you don't need to explain anything. You're a human being, not a robot made for performing. If being creative helps you feel better, that's amazing. If you manage to share some of it, well that's great. But above all you're a person, with needs and limits. From what I can tell about your community, it's very understanding and supportive. Don't give more than you have to give. We're here for talkative problem solving, and we're here for cozy video footage of you quietly making things. And if you need some time, we're still here. I really hope you're gonna have some better days again soon ❤

I hope you're having more good days than bad now and I'll be sending good vibes whenever you need them!

I am currently 11 minutes in and had to pause to comment. You sitting in front of the camera talking about how rough you are feeling while draping hexipuff chains across your head is a total mood. I have hEDS with ADHD and dysautonomia, so I can be in bed with major pain and fatigue, but I have to keep moving (usually crafting), because the only thing worse than how I am feeling is to feel this way without doing something with my hand. Even when sewing or fibrecraft becomes too painful for my hands, I need to keep doing something for my own sanity- even it if is just draping knitting pieces over my head for no reason!

As someone who has kilos on kilos on kilos of opal sock yarn because of the quarterly subscription of 6 suprise balls AND lives near to their fabric place, I highly apreciate every idea to use up scrap yarn in sock weight that isn't granny square. I got so many projects going that it would take me a while to actually get around to begin on a hexi puff blanket, but the urge is very much there thanks to you and Claude! I am not sure if I would like to send finished yarn stuff to america from germany, but I would consider it if you put on a call for community flowers. That would also give me the joy of working up one or two without the pressure of another wip blanket because I can send them away :)

Fellow migraine sufferer here (actually nursing one too, as it happens), I can totally relate to refusing to let it get in the way of doing things and being active in the things that make us happy, don't worry about not being your 100% self all the time on the channel! It's kind of the beauty of youtube, we can relate to each other much more than any kind of highly curated corporate content! Life is hard enough as it is, I think we can have relaxed parasocial shenanigans that makes us collectively happier and de-stress together!

I've recently been dealing with mental illness. I've done therapy for that, and she said I have alot of stress. So if you feel exhausted from something, even a project, she said to do something else til you feel better. She also said music, singing especially heals stress the most so I've been singing more. And I gotten more energetic because of that. That might help you. I think your burning yourself down by saying that "my living room is a mess" when in reality it's very beautiful. By saying positive things helps you become positive. Your a beautiful person and I love watching you!

I love your vids and you being persistent to figure things out. Wanted to comment on the yarn snippets, the other day I saw another video where someone used these wool “brushes” (like wide dog brushes) to fluff her yarn scraps. I've been working on a hexi-puff quilt for the past few months! I'm just doing rainbow gradient, not flowers, but when I'm feeling rough it feels SO GOOD to knock out a few hexi-puffs. It's just so satisfying to get a few little self contained pieces done. I think there are some great waste-yarn projects out there, but for when times are tough 110% agreed there's nothing better than a beekeeper's quilt

I love the blend of curiosity and honesty that your videos are filled with. I will join the chorus of people telling you that we like the "real life" nature of your videos - I'm usually watching them in an untidy room, surrounded by half finished yarny-projects, with unwashed hair and feeling a bit grotty. Without wishing to give creepy parasocial vibes, it feels like sitting with a friend who is on my level, who "gets" it. If you go forward with the collaborative quilt idea, I hope you accept crocheted offerings - I'd love to send you a flower, but I can't knit for toffee! 😂 Machine knitting was the only university module I ever outright failed 😅

I love it that you are a 'real' person. High or low energy, mistakes & successes, mess or no mess. It encourages me to try making more videos because I don't live a carefully curated life either. As far as migraine. I suffer with them as well and sometimes they sneak up on me because mine aren't always overly painful, as they mostly take the form of migrainous vertigo. So if I'm sitting for a while, I may feel a little off, but not realize the full extent until I try to walk and end up tipping over. That being said, a game changer for me has been a monthly injection called Aimovig. I've gone from migraine events 20 or more days in a month, not even counting migraine hangover days (if you know, you know) down to only about 10 days or less, and I can sort of plan around it, since the timing is more predictable, as it's usually a few days before the next injection is due. Anyway, it may be worth checking into if you find that the migraines are not as controlled as you would like. Take care & have a wonderful week.

I have an entire 30 gallon Rubbermaid tote FULL of fingering weight scraps and partial skeins... I would be delighted to turn some of them into hexi puffs for you! I enjoy your content so much, from your vintage sewing projects, knitting, crochet and tatting. I think you are such a tremendously creative person; I really admire you! And I'm sorry you're having a hard time recently. So many of us are struggling lately with everything that's going on the national and international scene. We all have to be kind to ourselves and each other. I hope your headaches and your other issues resolve and you're back to feeling better soon. I wonder if you could avoid the problem of having too many folks sending you hexi puffs by creating a sign-up form online, where people can give you their name and contact info. That way you'd only get 77 flowers' worth, and not 777! I'm looking forward to hearing about this community project in future videos!

Hey, I don't comment often on KZbin vids, but I wanted to let you know that while it is lovely you have an audience who appreciates your mistakes and the other raw elements of your work, please, don't ever feel the obligation to perform your pain, or reveal anything you might prefer to keep private. Your work and your artistry are ultimately your own, and we will be here along for the ride no matter how you present it. Creative work can be such an intimate form of coping and processing, so don't ever apologise for needing to engage with it in that manner off-camera. I wish you all the best in this difficult time, and look forward to whatever it is you'll be working on, however you present it :)

Love your videos and you just being you. Honestly if it was me, I would make a chain of hexagons on my machine with a extra row in between at double the length I wanted the blanket. Fold in half and crochet clip stitch along one side and then use a sewing to sew up on that extra row in between each hex, stuff the hexs and then slip stitch along the other side. I can't do repetitive projects very well so I always look for the fastest, least fussy method to do it.

I've seen this happen to Hazariel Atelier, ShannonMakes and Jenna Phipps. The KZbin communities they have are so sweet, kind and generous, they were kind of overloaded with people sending them stuff for their project.
