Oh, I’m so sorry to hear your granddaughter broke her foot. That must have been very painful for her. I hope this gave you some good ideas to document her story. Even though they aren’t necessarily great memories I think they will like to look back on them and remember the story.

Great layout Erin. Good news the break wasn't too bad for your son. Thanks for the incentive to document my husband's epic quad bypass surgery a few years ago, from which he as recovered amazingly. I have photos of him in ICU and before and after during rehab and haven't felt right about paging them but now I will.

One of our geldings sent our friend to the ER when we were trying to get him to lope. Broken collar bone. She, too, was a long-time horse person. You should see my daughter's new boy. He is amazing and hasn't thrown too many people off! oh gee. nice work, as always.

@@CraftyConceptswithErin When my kids were little we were at a zoo that had goats just wandering around and one was on this big rock so we sat our daughter (who was probably around 4) on the rock with the goat to get a pic and as I backed up to take the photo the goat started eating her hair! But instead of going to get her I continued to take the pic! It’s an awesome pic but my daughter still does not laugh about it. I on the other hand thought it was hilarious! 😂 so I guess some of these bad memories are documented just for us 😉

Love all the embellishments and how cohesive they turned out. Hope your sons arm heals well. I too scrapbook good and bad. Thank goodness for fonts as one broken arm layout was “Cast Juice”~lol. Waterproof casts aren’t all they’re cracked up to be❤️

Great layout, I have a photo of my son in hospital with an ingrown toenail… and using some of your ideas to inspire me to complete his hospital story. Thankfully it’s more of a comedic page than a ‘bad memory’. 😅

Oh my gosh! Poor guy! I know as a Mom how you must have been feeling. My son broke his wrist in multiple places last year and has still not gained full mobility even after two surgeries. I’m definitely going to scrapbook the experience for him although I doubt he will forget it. 😊
