Scrapbooking Sketch Support is a monthly series that shows how to use and adapt scrapbook sketches to fit your needs. Learning how to use sketches can create tons of scrapbooking ideas and inspiration!
In this video there is one two-page sketch and five layout examples, all based on that same sketch, with each example looking completely different. Throughout the video there is a break down of how and why the sketch was altered to fit photo, theme, and design. There are also some design tips, tricks, and techniques including how to create sunburst designs.

Oh MY! You and SG are the GO TO for sketch-learners. This first one is utterly perfect for me! I have 2 grand babies who are just getting to the smile and flirt age, and their Mamas still have all the "out takes" not just the single shared photos. Gotta get them and use this idea! #3 thanks for your honesty; hearing you have struggles helps us work through our own. I love that sunburst star. I have to make sunburst mountains for a mountain top wedding. #4- your waves built into your sunburst are amazing! #6 Yes, your hearts translate to a sunburst. Well done.

Thank so much, Linda! Lucky you with the grand babies. That smiling age is the best. I miss that so much now that mine are all teenager-y and snarky. They are still sweet boys most of the time, but I sure do miss the baby stages. All the more reason that it's great to be a scrapbooker and get the opportunity to relive these moments through our pages.

Great video. Loved hearing the thought processes behind each one. I couldn't believe you struggled with the star - it is one of my favorites. Toward the very end of the first 6X6 group I finally got to work making up nearly all of the layouts in the first class, although most without pictures--just as base pages to fill later (when I print out my pictures on my little photo printer) so now I am looking forward to seeing the second group's results. I love your layouts!

Such a great video, Allison. My new grandson has different events where we took A LOT of great photos, but I’ve been struggling with how to use them. Specifically, his facial responses are so different, yet incredibly special. As I watched the video, all I could think about was how I could use my photos to fit. Thank you!
