You can't throw away a complete license plate here in Tennessee. One of mine got put into the trash accidentally one time and the picked it out of the trash at the dump and it was mailed back to me with a note telling me I could not throw it away and I would be fined if it happened again.

They have a plan on which date they make their rounds, so that the citizen can put the stuff on the sidewalk at a certain time. The alternative is that citizens here bring the larger stuff, also scrap, to a local point. Of course, we pay taxes for the scrapping. I guess its either citizens pay more taxes, or have scrappers do the work?

Paul love your vidios, I have been scrapping for many years, you should really leave your truck running when using your lift gate especially in the cold It will save your battery .installing a second battery would be even better, your lift gate would work much better
