I love the Eeveelutions like crazy, but I'm not so keen on the names... this might be a mad idea, but given that they evolve from Hyrulean Eevee rather than regular Eevee, why not change up the suffix? Maybe use -ia instead to reflect Hylia - so they could be Dominia, Venturia, Drakia (or Draconia), Twilia, Hauntia, Loftia. Just an idea!

I think the thing I love the most about this project and series is that its a love letter to the entire zelda series, nothing is left out, this isnt "OoT but its pokemon" or "BotW but its pokemon" this is a ZELDA pokemon region. this really does feel like the entire franchise being turned into pokemon.

If you do add a Midna Pokémon, you should have a feature where the Midna Pokémon can be seen riding a Shinrir, or whatever you decide the evolution of Oakami will be.

Man, I remember seeing those early designs on Instagram. It really is wild how this project has grown! Very inspiring

So I got a lot of ideas/critiques on how to improve some of these designs. 1. The first one that stood out to me was MarshadowMidna. If you're not set on Marshadow as the base, both Meowstic and Indeedee came to mind, since they have similar body types. 2. Rockruff/Wolf Link is actually a perfect combo! I would suggest, instead of calling it Hero Form, it would be Hyrule Form, since it seems like a regional variant already. And the Lycanroc evo would definitely look more like Wolf Link than the Rockruff Prevo. 3. For the Ezlo mon, Pikipek and Fletchling came to mind. It strikes me as an early route bird mon, and if it had an evo, you could emphasize thr hat concept even further. Or, possibly, a Doduo convergent evo! 4. Cubone/Deathsword seems like a no-brainer, but I do agree it needs more time in the oven. Perhaps if you incorporated other undead Zelda enemies into its design, moreso its evo, that might give the extra "oomph" it needs. 5. Bonghoul reminds me of Cradily. Not sure if that's what you were going for, but the body type reminds me of it. Maybe have Bongo's eye be attached to Cradily's head? As for Deadrum, it definitely needs some more work. Again, I would think about incorporating other elements into it. 6. I know Lizalfos are a common enemy, but really surprised you went with Charmander when the Axew line seems more fitting. Charmander, then, could act as a prevo to Volvagia, or a regional Snivy. 7. Freezite could possibly be a different version of Bergmite, though I don't really see it evolving into an Avalugg variant, more its own mon. Though, if you really wanted, you could add those biped ice foes (forget their name; it's been years since I played TP) as an evo. 8. I see Octoshot more as a regional variant of Octillery (or straight-up using Octillery) than its own mon. Though, if you wanted the more compact form, it could be classified as a convergent evo. Or, possibly, Octoshot could evolve imto the elemental forms you mentioned. 9. Regis based on different eras sounds awesome! I can see a Regiwater for Wind Waker, Regisky for Skyward Sword, Regifour, for obvious reasons, etc. I'm curious to see what sorts of automatons you'll create for them! 10. Wizzi could be a neutral-elememt form of Snorunt, and it would gain its elemental type in its evo as it looks more like a wizzrobe. (I'm guessing you're using BOTW's version for them?) Though you could dip into early Zelda games/2D designs as well to spice it up a little. 11. I can see Stallord being a new final evo of a deaert-type Gastly. Those hands really remind me of Haunter. This one is definitely something to play around with! 12. Really like Sprouku, but to me, Dekuselah seems to need a bit more work. Not really sure how you could improve it though... especially since the only other tree pokemon is Eggsecutor. This'll be a tough one to tweak... 13. Mawile!!! Baba Serpent makes way too much sense for it! Though, if it makes more sense, have the normal Deku Baba head as a prevo, where it buries its actual body in the ground to represent the more rooted version, and then this version would be the evo. 14. As soon as you showed off Oakami an Shinrir, that gave mr the idea that it could be a sort of split evo to the earlier Rockruff/Lycanroc as Wolf Link forms. Not sure how well that would work.

For boss Pokemon, I like how Legends of Arceus handled it with theirs and the Alphas. Make it so they are still Pokemon that you can obtain, but they might be more rare to find and difficult to evolve to.

My biggest thing for bosses is I want them to be like how they are in Zelda. One of a kind and super menacing. They would be available in a post game but for story sake I think the idea of a Pokémon that you don’t get to catch is interesting

My style was heavily trial and error. I would either try and do Sugimori style (Pokémon style) or something else. Eventually I just started making my own style and as long as the Pokémon style could be applied to the design and work as a Pokémon I was cool with it

For the Lunatone design specifically, I think it could actually work as an evolution to a regional variant. The idea of Lunatone evolving from a crescent moon into a full moon is so obvious that I'm surprised it doesn't already exist officially, and having it based on the moon from MM could give the design some much needed depth.

I have an idea for your chu pokemon’s battle ability! -- Divide and conquer: When below 50% health, the user takes two turns, but any effects or damage dealt is halved -- EDIT: here’s an idea for an evolutionary method of Babyiga -- Babyiga refuse to have any healing items other than mighty bananas. If they reach level 40ish while having eaten less than 5 bananas, they evolve into kohiga, otherwise they become yigana due to their greed

Aw yeah, massive Bilsu video! I will say, the first one shocked me! I never knew you were the one who made that Unown design! I remember seeing it a long time ago when I searched up "Unown evolution", as it's my favorite pokemon. You mentioned it's name potentially being changed, and if I could offer an idea; use "-nown" as a sort of suffix. A twilight Unown could be called "Twilanown" or "Twinown", a Hyrule one could be called "Hylanown". It's a bit silly, but it probably makes as much sense as "Talonflame" lol. Loved the whole video, and it's seriously amazing to see how much progress you've made!

I always loved seeing the roots of successful people. Like, some people think it's luck that makes someone explode on YT, but it's almost always backed by years and years of experience and growth. I think the minish should be their own thing from sentret. I get the scout and "prarie dog" vibe, but their design of mousefolk and feather I found to be really interesting and engaging on its own and they adapt to their environment with new cultures as well, I think they have potential to be so much more than a regional varient would allow. I also love Ventureon. Probably the best normal type eeveelution I've seen and mostly because it's just better defined than normal via Hyrule type!

I was inconsistent, reworked a lot of stuff, changed styles, and it kinda cost me some interest at least on IG. But now I have a vision and aesthetic for the project that I love and now I can try and show it to a fresh audience on YT

All of these are so amazing! I love that you’ve brought these games together in a really cool and practical way. I like how you’re also thinking of party Pokémon and ways they’ll work in the world (like Spingear). Regarding Midna, maybe it can be a Pokémon and then the trainer/character who catches it is dressed up like it or something; in Pokémon, a lot of times the trainers try to mirror their image off their lead Pokémon, so that’s just a thought, but whatever you decide will be awesome. Bonghoul kind of looks like some variant of Lileep. Potentially a regional variant that now has a third evolution being Deadrum? Some of my favorites ideas of yours are of Rockruff, Lunatone, Treecko, Gardedge (looks SO cool), Fangtom, and Darkanine. I always look forward to your videos, so thank you!

These designs are really cool, I especially like the inclusion of wolf link. I don't entirely agree with the idea of making it a Forest type, maybe just a Twilight-Hyrule typing would work instead. It does make for a good plant-wolf design though, and either way, the wolves are epic! Overall, it's just nice to see where this project started from, and how the ideas managed to become more fleshed out and intricate over time. I'm excited for the new videos! And mostly I'm super excited for a Loftwing Pokémon.

Holy Hylia and Arceus! The length of this video, I didn't expect an hour-long video from you. I will watch this, but in shorter parts. There must be a lot of scrapped material in this video. With the Rupee Pokémon I assume you'll also have a Rupoor Pokémon as well. Also I just had an idea of a Pokémon based on the Ancient Robots, that could be like a fossil Pokémon where you find them long deactivated and restore power to them to catch them.

What if instead of a forest dweller, Wolf Link was a roaming legendary who's first encountered on a post story revisit of Hyrule Castle and tends to be encountered more often in twilight hours? Perhaps Midna could even be part of the event and chase him, so either you catch her and she leads you to the sacred beast or you catch the wolf and soon you meet Midna.

Wow, this whole video was amazing, I think you should definitely redesign many of these, like the hoenn starters, Ezlo pokemon, and the eevee family, There were 2 pokemon that I had an idea of what they could do in the region, For a midna pokemon, maybe in a twilight dungeon, you would meet midna in her imp-like form, and she says that she was attacked by a pokemon or something, and leads you into the dungeon, but when you reach the boss room of the dungeon no one is there, so you get a medallion or something, which causes the thing on midna's head to crumble and then she would be in her humanoid form, but the curse possesses midna's helmet and you would have to battle it as the boss fight. My other idea is for Oakami, this would be completely optional, but if you wanted to evolve Oakami, you would have to fight the three wolves with an Oakami in your team, and you would be able to evolve it into more of you original wolf link pokemon, and you would be able to fight the three wolves as much as you want afterwards, until you fight them enough times, then you could catch them. but these were just a few fun ideas I had, and you might already have a twilit dungeon and stuff like this already somewhat planned out. but thank you for this amazing video, these are so fun!

The mudkip one is for me the best here, not only because it s a water fire pokemon but because river zora are too often neglected by zelda community for the more "modern"/classic zora design, so having it in a zelda pokemon game is nice.

sure i think you should redesign the hoenn starter pokemon also its so intresting how it shows the entire process of the hyrule region and also i love your art style so much more than the original ken sugimori style

Thank you so much! I will definitely be revisiting the other Hoenn starters and the main reason I don’t do Sugimori style is so my art stands out from other Fakemon :)

With the fact that boss pokemon will be regular pokemon exites me. I'm relly exited about seeing an Odolwa pokemon. Majora's mask is my favorite zelda game so bias is definately part of it, but I think there is a lot of interesting routes you could go with it's design. I think you could also have a fun npc in the happy mask salesmen, whre you bring him requested pokemon and he turns them into masks using the song of healing. These could give you pwerful bonusses, he could also have a fun interaction wih the majora's mask pokemon.

I watched the entire video and the Wolf pokemon where some of my favorites I also really liked Hyrulian Eevee, I also liked Lofteon. Really cool!

The fact that you scrapped some of these hurt me 😢. For lots of these I audibly said "whoa!" Shortly followed by you saying yea I probably wont use this lol . That triple bokablin evolution is fuckin dope. I'd agree to clean it up some, but man I love it. Also the way you breezed by that future time eve-lution w/o explanation was not cool. >=(. I am even more excited about what you have in store. Even though we reside in the twilight the future still looks so bright...
