For your viewer in West Virginia, they also need to take in the conversion rate between CAD and USD. If you are getting $4.50/lb for #1 copper...that converts to $3.30 US dollars.

Great work! Question, do you just cut the cable from capacitor to the tube with rubberized pliers as opposed to many people on YT videos “discharging them” to a metal frame/grounding point?

I just touch the prongs together with a pair of rubberized handles pliers. That will discharge it.
