The copper key contacts have palladium wires on them not to mention the busbars and foot peddle contacts

I do came by few Speaker with same size as your and I removed the magnets from steel housing, on eBay sell for good money for large magnet.

Scrapping for Vacations, What you thought was silver contacts on the key section is actually pot metal rivets, attached to the leaf springs to return the keys. Definitely not the top of the line for Hammond for that time period. Looks like you did alright on the scrapping, depending on how long you spent on it. Lol! It was fun watching your vid sped up, kinda like an old comedy capers flick.You may not want to mess with it, but you may want to check the speaker before destroying it because some of them are very resellable.Same with the old cabinet record player, radio combo stereo's speakers. Some really good sound came out of some of them.

Thanks, Yeah, once I really looked I could tell they were simply functional rivets vs contacts. And, Thanks, I didn't realize there was much a market for the parts but see some currently listed on ebay.

the keys are worth $6 and up if they are ivory and not cracked

Don’t worry. Electronic organs will not have ivory keys. The only value is a few bucks to someone who needs a replacement. Rare chance
