I fully understand when you explained you had to quit some things you had going on. All my life I've helped out people , but now when I'm struggling at 76 years, plus widow for 4 half years,and some family not fully behind me, I'm finding it very difficult. I'm from Ireland and believer since 1975,so the Lord is all I really have. I've been doing crafts couple tears not selling single thing just give away, I've painted for good few years, but now feel those people are not in my life as much anymore. Anna, you are soooo right about living intentionally! This season there were a lot of things I let go and and took the pressure off of myself. Life is too stressful as it is. I didn’t realize it but it took pressure off of friends and family too and it was so much better for everyone!

I’m already there…the grandma to 7 grandchildren AND the great grandma to 3 so far!!! I am VERY intentional now about what I do…not much!!! I’ve even given up Bible study because it’s too far for me to walk. I am going to try and be intentional about losing weight between January and September. I know if I lost weight I could attend Bible study again. Please pray for me that I will succeed again in losing my weight that I need to lose. Blessings to you and your family!!! ❤️❤️❤️
