🩷💚Scrappy quilt top complete! 💜🩵 My most striking quilt yet?

My scrappy quilt top is finally complete and I am loving it! I think this may be my most striking quilt I have ever made.
As mentioned, I was inspired by ‪@thelasthomelyhouse‬ and ‪@terryrowland398‬ to make these scrappy quilt blocks; I then made the quilt my own by placing them on point around large navy squares.

I love both of your quilts! I was so inspired after seeing Terry Rowland’s video I started one of her colorwash quits immediately. I made 400 blocks as leaders and enders and really enjoyed the process. I have been quilting for over 40 years, and It is my favorite quilt. After I finished my quilt I kept making the blocks and I on making one like you designed, using the solid blocks. It was so fun to watch you and your mom on this journey. Than you first sharing.

Oh that would be stunning!! The navy squares are cut at 14 1/2 inches - that fits four across with 1/4 inch seams. Happy stitching 😀

Might try this but use half size navy blocks could be denim even great ideas thanks😊

Mine navy squares are cut at 14 1/2 inch, which fits 4 blocks (cut at 4 inch). If you just make them two blocks long, you would cut a 7 1/2 inch square. Denim would be cool! 👍
