My kid and I (who are roomies) have started a tradition where we each make dinner on alternate Sundays. Last Sunday she made cheese enchiladas with homemade sauce (the first time she's made sauce from scratch and it was chef-kiss wonderful) and tomorrow I'm making potato broccoli with cheese soup. We make enough to have leftovers - we scramble for meals after that - LOL! I started the tradition about two months ago as my sneaky way to get out of cooking ALL the time but it has turned out to be so much fun for the two of us.

My BFF from high school (Class of ‘67)’ daughter raises a couple alpacas. Got a chance to feed them one of the times I went to visit a few years ago. They are so soft! They’d just had a baby they called Thunder cause he was born in a lightening/thunder storm. I love the snippet edge project! Who doesn’t have scraps?! Crazy thought!

I love these page edgers, I saw a laggy use lace as the base and added book page going the length and added a cluster toward the top/bottom. These are beautiful. My oldest will be 14 in January,only grandson I have..Then I have a 8 year old granddaughter,2 year old granddaughter,then my youngest son has a little girl turning one Dec 6th,her sister turns two Dec 27th and baby girl #3 will be here around the 2nd week in February,lol So my hands are full at times,but not as much as their parents lol I love hearing you tell stories about your family and going to things that your grandbabies are participating in,and of course loooove the Alfie stories too lol Theres nothing like Family❤ Thanks for sharing yours with all your subbies!! Hi there Gayle. Soooo cute. I know I'm into some of your older videos but OMG, they're all sooo cute and informative. So I'm hooked and Scrappy Saturday is my favorite. I don't think I'll ever see them all because I started out watching almost 24/7 but because of that I've gotten the creative bug again and it's all your fault hahahaha 😂😅😂, thankfully. I was very depressed after my mom passed away for a few years and thought escaping away to Mexico was going to be the cure, but not. You and Gertie got me on the road to recovery. I just watched the podcast, it was inspirational and really needs to be more of those, the craft love and answers about families were great, I always feel my family doesn’t necessarily understand my love for paper…which is ok, it’s their choice…but mom is forever saying if she makes you something hold on to it, because she may be the next Picasso…lol. When your life slows down somewhat. . .if that happens. . .I have a Netflix series you and Mike might like. It's called MAID and is 10 episodes long, I believe. It opened my eyes to the problems of life during and after domestic violence happens in one's life. I highly suggest it if you watch mini series. It's very well done in my opinion.
