It's relaxing watching you put together items to put into future journals. I'm in the process of placing ephemera in the fall book I've created. I can't wait to get started on Christmas!! Me and my brother and his wife went out to eat the other day. We went to Magnolia 23, a restaurant in the town right down the road from where I live. They specialize in home cooking. We had country style steak with yams and cole slaw with sweet tea and cornbread. My sister-in-law had fried chicken. Goodness, it was WONDERFUL!! :)

As if I could not love you more, you mention Patrick Mahomes! What a good guy. He does a ton of charity for Kansas City. and the commercials are the best! Nice to see him be so humble. Very proud how he represents our area. (For those that may not know, the KC Chiefs are a Missouri team. There is a Kansas City, KS but it is not the Kansas City usually referred to!). Yaaawwnn! I woke up at 3:00 wrestled around in bed til 4:30 and finally just called it a night. I hate getting up in the wee hours. Great to have a YT friend to visit.🤗 It was great to see a throwback Ermalinda tag. (sp?) Hearing you speak of your Addy and her boyfriend makes me miss watching grands play sports. I sooo miss having young grandchildren. I know you still have toddlers too. ❤ My grands are all grown. My "baby" granddaughter will be 20 in January. My middle grandson turned 21 Tuesday, Oct. 3rd, and my oldest was 23 last month. My granddaughter plays college softball but most are played many hours from me.😢 Hugs dear Gayle. Good morning my dear friend, another great and interesting scrappy Saturday video. It’s been raining off and on over the last two days and the temperature is getting cooler. They are saying that we could get some snow/rain in the coming days. I am not looking forward to the cold and snow but having said that I will be glad for each new day that the Lord blesses me with and each new day brings me one day closer to bringing my wonderful daughter home from Manchester, England for our yearly visit. When we are together, we just focus on the two of us and make the most of every day. Getting back to journaling, I am thinking of making a journal for her. I just have to think of a theme for it. Any ideas? But I do have to repeat how much I enjoy spending time with you. I never get bored as each new video is so different and interesting. I learn something new with each new video. Funny you mentioned checking your supply of Art Glitter glue. I was just thinking about that and then I was wondering well it doesn’t freeze where I live, do they count where they are, or in between where they are and where I am? I mean it gets down to freezing a few times a year, usually in the middle of the night but that’s it. It’s seldom below freezing.
