Was mainly concentrating on being as blendy as possible with my transitions and at most would do a baby or a scribble, but started practicing, one thing I found is I'm definitely better if the beat is playing, you get into more of a trance with it and it also keep both the forward and back more even.

I love this scratch. Any tips for proper hand control? Like moving the record slightly before moving the crossfader? I always find myself cutting out the sound. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

reminisce76 Yes, start moving the record before you move the fader. Also find a grip on the fader that you feel comfortable with, try different ways. Start slow and go faster and faster everytime you practice. If you do that at least 30 mins a day, working on both hands, you'll be doing DJ Premier level chirps before you know it.
