cool combo, just got the hang of the dicing stuff from the last 2 tutorials. going to try this combo slow.

Good job on getting through the previous tutorials! If you already know the autobahn and swingflare scratches, this one should be easy to put together. Then it's just a matter of increasing speed. Let me know how your practice goes!

@@grameu the Autobahn a6 I haven't had a lot of practice with since my muscle memory is pushed towards boomerangs so it will probably take some time. Swingflares are also something I have not practiced either so I need to drill on an ahh or something first
@grameu9 ай бұрын
@@SANDMAN_66 Autobahn and swingflare both draw on the boomerang so they should be easy for you! Actually, an autobahn A6 is 2 boomerangs on the fader hand so you'll just need to focus on the record hand.

Yea it shouldn't be too much of a jump but we will see. Thanks again for these, I'm tired of ahh and fresh practicing for speed. These phrasing lets me utilize some of the longer sample sets so it's great!

Also having a blast dicing some of these ultrapitch samples on practice yo cuts vol 10

Good combo. Still working on my autobahn but I'll roll this into the practices.

It sure takes time and a lot of practice to get the hang of autobahns. Good luck with your practice!

The basics are to just keep practicing the delayed 2 click flare over and over again. You can also reverse it with the same movement. と思うけど、どうなんでしょうか?
@grameu2 ай бұрын
そうだ ! The fader hand does the same thing over and over again, but the record hand movements are different between the autobahn and the swingflare. Not sure what you mean by reversing it.

@@grameu Sorry. There was an error in the translation. I am practicing the same movement backwards, the opposite of forward. I'm better at autobahn. I know the theory behind delayed 2 click, but I can't quite reach BPM 150. Autobahn is a breeze.

@@morimorimoemoe Interesting, I never thought of doing this combo or even the autobahn backwards. I'll give it a try! It must be quite challenging. I practiced swingflares for a very long time, gradually increasing the BPM over months, before getting comfortable with it. It's not easy but worth it, sounds really cool! Good luck with the practice!! 💪

Yop , it's very cool to show advanced tutorial even if you practised this combo in the same time. Can you tell us the beat and is bpm and your scratch tools for every body and how many swing flare and autobhan do you repeat for a nice loop ? , thanks for all scratcherzzz
@grameu5 ай бұрын
Hey, the beat is from Antarctic Pyramid Breaks (on Dirtstyle Records by DJ Q-bert). I slowed it down a bit, to approximately 88 BPM. I'm using the scratch record "Phrase" by Swiftstyle. As for the number of swingflares and autobahns, because it's a busy combo, I'd say twice the full combo (full combo = 2 A6 autobahns + 1 swingflare) sounds good and then you can move on to a different technique or combo, but in the end, it's really up to you, the beat, the sample you're cutting up, and what you want to express. Hope this helps. Keep up the practice!

@@grameu merci Dude , thanks 4 all ( dont understand autobahn A 6 or A 9 ?) I try it with my technics MK2 (with same samples), its more difficult than a -50 + 50 decks. E D I T : Nice combo on vocals ! if some people try with MK2, i suggest to try " stopped platter "
@grameu5 ай бұрын
@@yoannp.8511 Avec plaisir ! Autobahn A6 is the one I do in this tutorial, it's a 6 step combo. It's also called slow autobahn. The A9 version is a 9 step combo, also called fast autobahn. You can find plenty of good tutorials out there. Check out Rafik for a demo of the autobahn scratch, he's a beast and I think the creator of that scratch. Yeah it's definitely easier to start practicing with an ultrapitch enabled deck and slowing the sample all the way down at first. But with practice and your tip of stopping the platter first, you'll get there ;)
