I obviously like the first one better, but I quite liked scream 3. I think it explained more about the motives of Billy and Stu and I liked the ending fight between Roman and Sidney a lot. I think there were some weak scenes with the cast of Stab and the first scene, but I dind't hate it at all. But it's a matter of opinion of course, and I love your video reviews! Keep up the good work guys :)

I agree! it's the most intense film for sure I'd say. There's a lot to like about it, honestly can't stand all the haters tbh no it's not perfect but i think at it's strongest moments it's better than 2 and 4.

The mom scenes were creepy for sure! The voice changing back and forth from Maureens voice the Ghostface voice acouple of times creepy too.

Maybe some day your wish will come true! But I do completely understand the feeling though, I used to go through that. Sleepless nights for not watching one of the sequels, well okay, maybe not lose sleep over it but I used to feel that I had to watch them all, but the last few years it's like "ah, forget about that one, don't need to watch it". I do enjoy mini marathons myself, of watching whole series. That's always fun, even if you don't enjoy the ones you hate, there's still fun with it.

Look at you young boys. As a huuuuuuge Scream fan, Scream 3 is cool for the ending. It’s a very cliche ending, but for THIS franchise, it ties it up. And the epilogue if Dewey and Gale echoed real life. And Sidney being able to leave the door open at the end is great. The problem is this film was different pre-Columbine. They dumbed it down for 2000. I still prefer the closure of this trilogy/ending/epilogue over what the possible “The Following/Stu-Macher-is-orchestrating-it-from-prison” storyline that Kevin Williamson drafted.

I heard that originally Matthew Lillard was meant to come back for scream 3 having survived scream but something happened like a school shooting that made them change the plot and rewrite it

The guy you talking about is Roger L. Jackson he is an voice actor like he did mostly cartoon character s like mojo JoJo from the power puff girls and other projects like the all scream movies and he's good at hiding his face but sometimes you can see him and not notice the only people that knows is the directors

Great review guys, in horror movies I don't remember if I skip a sequel because Im a completist (more or less) by the way are you going to review the Tremors franchise? Its one of my favorite movies of horror specially the first one with Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward.

I love this movie. Although I like it, it is probably the weakest of the series, but I can still watch it and enjoy it if I want to. The movie parodied the concept of a part 3 in a trilogy perfectly, and the last half of the movie was entertaining. Scream is my 2nd favorite Horror movie series (After A Nightmare on Elm Street because not one of the 4 movies was bad. There are a few films that I watch in a series just because it's part of the series, such as several of the Friday the 13th films, Halloween 6 and H20, and A Nightmare on Elm Street 5 (One of the only reasons I watch this one is because my 2nd favorite Nightmare protagonist, Alice, is in it.). Then there are some I just don't watch because they're so bad, such as A Nightmare on Elm Street 2, Halloween Resurrection, Psycho 3 and the remake, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, 3, and 4, Friday the 13th (Remake), The Exorcist 2, Hannibal (The movie), and Hannibal Rising.

Ghost Face vs. Michael Meyers does sound kinda cool, they did use some of the soundtrack from Scream in Halloween H20 :), I think Randy made a short return appearance on a video tape lol, I hate Halloween 3 with a passion, it's terrible and I skip it gladly

The best part of this movie was the mom scene in the window that was creepy 😂when I was a kid that surprised me so much but i saw that this movie was so corny asf rewatching it I expected them all to break out and dance at the end at that point and say they all love each other it's like a bad suspense romcom or something

I always thought Scream 3 had two, instead of one, ghostfaces! There may have been three but only two were killers! I do not see how Roman could have carried out all of Ghostface's activities!

I thought Scream 1 was amazing. (10/10 - pretty much flawless for me) Scream 2 was awful (I hated how the killers were irrelevant - the reporter was somewhat predictable tho. The conclusion was just dissatisfying and felt like a cheat) Scream 3 was decent (Though there were problems and stuff that doesnt make sense I thought the conclusion was somewhat shocking. Main gripe wa that it felt more comical than scary/mysterious)

I always watch Halloween III: Season Of The Witch with the rest. I am one of the few that like the movie. But I agree it should have just been called Season Of The Witch and been a separate movie.

Two quick comments. I really enjoy your videos. you guys are hilarious.. But, in Scream 3 when Ghostface is on the phone with Cotton, he's actually using the voice of Sara the actress playing Candy in 'Stab' (Jenny McCarthy). Seeing that the killer is Roman, the director of the 'stab' movie, it would be quite possible that he would be able to record and have her voice along with several the other characters including Dewey Riley. Also, Michael Myers did make an appearance in 'Halloween three: season of the witch'. He's actually seen on television while the movie 'Halloween' is playing within the movie 'Halloween 3'. (I hope that made sense) Not much of an appearance... not much of a cameo... but still he technically is included in 'season of the witch'. Although, it was a terrible movie and it should not be included in the franchise and I always skip it when I have a Halloween movie marathon.

The only good thing about the other Screams is when they are showing the beginning of the Stab movies and they have the girl answering the phone talking to Ghostface. I just love those. They are the funniest parts of the movies. They go downhill from there. I give all the rest 3 rating

That happened in the 4th one, not "the others". It was ridiculous. It was mocking the beginning of Scream 1, one of the most terrifying movie intros in history. And most shocking in history, by killing off Drew Barrymore, the advertised lead star, in the first 15 minutes. Scream is not supposed to parody itself. That was what Scary Movie was for lol

Halloween 3 is not that bad it just doesn't belong in the series. a Halloween horror anthology series would be cool and i wish they had made that in an unrelated series instead of just one movie that gets more hate than it deserves because it was put in a series where it doesn't belong. that being said i still have to watch it with the Halloween movies because it feels like you skipped something. i kinda of like that movie though so it's okay.

You could easily skip Halloween 3, simply cos it has nothing to do with Michael Myers, however Halloween 3 is a good movie. You could also skip 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as well as Rob's versions. Also that's a terrible idea. I don't have a horror franchise that I feel I have to watch the whole series, that I feel I have to watch them in order, I can easily skip some of the sequels I don't like. I could easily jump around.

The one movie I always want to skip is Halloween 5. I love the Halloween series. Obviously the first is my favorite, 2 was okay, it could have been better, and I'm probably alone on this one, but I absolutely love 3. Sure, 3 has nothing to do with Michael Myers, but I appreciate what they were trying to do with it as far as having a different story line for every movie, and honestly I think it would have been pretty cool if they continued with that. I would have loved to see what other story lines they would have come up with. 4 is probably my favorite sequel of the bunch, I love the kills, I love Jamie Lloyd's character, and the Myers mask is definitely my favorite mask since the first, but when I get to 5 I just want to blow my brains out. The kills suck, it lacks an interesting plot line, the characters and acting are atrocious and the mask looks like pure shit. Like, they even show clips from the 4th movie with that Myers mask and suddenly in the next shot his mask just changes. It's like they didn't even try. The only good thing about the movie was Donald Pleasence. He's always a pleasure to watch, he really puts in his all with that character, and he's really believable. I think it would have been cool if they continued with Jamie being crazy like her uncle, maybe taking after her uncle and even getting a few kills in herself. I don't know that's just me, but yeah I honestly hate H5, but its still a Halloween movie and I gotta watch it.

In my opinion H20 which retconned 4-5, was the best sequel. I think Halloween 4 was good. To me this is how my timelines for Halloween go: Halloween (1979) Halloween II (1981) Halloween: H20 (favorite timeline) and Halloween (1979) Halloween II (1981) Halloween 4 (second favorite timeline) and I ignored the rest, pretty much because they're all a huge pile of shit.
