Dewey said it best. There is something unique about this one. Ghostface seems more methodical in this and more stalker like. He honestly had some Michael moments in the trailer. I can't wait for this!!! Also I just seen a HKills ad where Chucky was carving a pumpkin and Michael walks in and stabs it lol it was awesome

Roger's/Ghostface's voice is slightly sliiiiiiglty different in every Scream, and on repeat viewings I've noticed that it always in a way reflects the killer's character/personality. However the first time we hear it in this new trailer it sounds suspiciously off in comparison to "Hello Sidney, it's an honor" line, maybe it is some kind of misleading, another Stab maybe, two killers? We will see. I am hyped.

Matthew Lillard himself said in a recent interview for the 25th anniversary Stu is NOT dead and he could’ve survived that. He was obviously lightheartedly talking about his character but if Stu Macher himself says he’s alive, he’s alive.

Agree they are making him more of the main lead here and more badass cop fighter and losing the goofball charm this one looks darker with more of a Saw feel in terms of tone. He is going to go out in a blaze of glory like an older badass which will prompt the two girls to want to take the killer out in the climax.

Mindy Meeks Martin. The actresses name is: Jazmin Savoy Brown. We had the same acting classes and she’s incredibly nice. I was new to Springfield high school and was walking in pouring rain. She drove up asking if I needed a ride. I took it and she offered me a coffee. She didn’t even know me! But we had the same acting teacher and classes. She deserves the best and I’m glad she’s doing what she loves.

The "It's an honor" line from Ghostface makes it sound like he doesn't know Sidney, so he's probably not one of the original cast.

I honestly think Randy's sister/her children will have a much bigger part to this film than they ever had planned for her or Randy's family. Aside from her tiny plot device role in part three there's really been no arc or point of her as a character in the bigger picture like Kincaid until now?... I don't know, seems like they're playing up some real life issues.

So pumped for this movie to come out. Ready Or Not proved to be surprise hit when it came out so I have no doubt the Radio Silence team are bringing the same energy with Scream. Speaking of energy it looks like this Ghostface isn't fucking around this time and is gonna amp up the meanness and brutality of the kills. Will be happy and interested to see the Woodsboro trio back and see where they've been since Scream 4 . Cleaver idea adding in the smart lock thing in what looks like the film's opening scene which it being used in that way seems like a scary concept. I will say while Scream 3 isn't without it's flaws I unapologetically love it and think it's a better movie than people make it out to be and has one of the better third acts than even the 2nd and 4th one.

Super excited for this. Growing up...this franchise was OUR franchise for people in my age group. Every decade had their monster and Ghost Face was the kids growing up in the 90s monster. I mean, sure, we all had Jason and Freddy and Michael, but Ghost Face originated with us and I think thats what makes this franchise so special to so many of us. The opening for the original scream is still one of horror's best no matter how many times you watch it. Its brutal and its heartbreaking. It brought horror back to the forefront.

Love watching these trailers through your reaction trailers. Makes it even better viewing and listening to both your views actually get my brain engaged to seeing a different perspective on these things. I loved scream 1 not so much of a fan of the remaining ones but I feel pretty positive about this one briniging it up to the 21st century with the unlocking systems etc all good. Let’s hope it’s as good as the Halloween reboot for me that’s the standard now anything below that ain’t worth watching. Be interesting to see the direction with no Wes influence.

So as I was driving home from the theater after seeing Halloween Kills (which I loved) it hit me. What if Scream 5 isn't really Scream 5 it Scream 2 like what Halloween 2018 was for Halloween 78 but we don't know it's "Scream 2" until closer to premier date or that is something we find out during the movie. That is also a way to bring Randy back and possibly Stu. It's just 25 years after the 1st one. I liked that idea for Halloween but I don't want that for Scream so hopefully I am just over thinking and this will be the 5th installment.

I’m not really into guns being in horror films unless it’s a zombie flick, but this is my fantasy cold open for Scream 5: Sidney, Gale and Dewey are playing Scrabble w/ several Ghostfaces closing in on them. They all proceed to gun down all the killers. Word gets out to never EVER mess w/ the trio, and the film goes onto a new cast. Reboot solved & Sidney, et. al. get to peace out. BLAM.
