This was well made and heartbreaking. Great acting and disturbing plot. Had Black Mirror vibes. The actress was absolutely gorgeous as well. The Dreamster staff were creepy they way they stared at her.

Wow. That is a true nightmare. I also think it is a perfect examination of abuse and the mental toll it takes on the victim. The acting landed with a punch adding to the awful feeling you feel as the viewer. Let's hope we never get the technology to record dreams as it likely would come with a price. Fantastic work to all involved in this production. Thank you. Peace both in your waking hours and in your dreams.

We already have it. It's been in the news lately, but they've been developing it for awhile. The technology is not the problem. The problem is assholes. As always.

The real nightmare is Gary. Now, if she's smart she'll break away and start anew. She really reminded me of a Hollywood Star. If this is a critique on Hollywood? It actually hit it out of the Park! 🏟️

Seems overly dramatic... "save your public reputation" and "get exposure"...? Insinuates she has the choice to not do these things, not allow abusive treatment, just by giving up the pursuit of fame. This isnt a dependent child, helpless senior, mentally disabled or a disadvantaged person.... and like everyone else now days, I've learned through therapy to own my feelings, my choices and my decisions...good and bad. No one makes you want to commit suicide. Its unfair to make SOMEONE ELSE responsible for YOUR happiness. Bad situation? Relationship? Job? Get out. Born chemically unbalanced? Get medication, it does wonders.
@nyraaa7583 Жыл бұрын
I agreee with some of the stuff your saying but ask anyone whos ever been in an abusive relationship and they will tell you its not that easy to "just get out." People get mentally and physiologically abused and cant ever see a way out. It really is not that easy.
@GawdsNectar Жыл бұрын
@@nyraaa7583 of course. My comment is of this video. Even the easiest of exit plans isn't instant. Obviously. It could take an uneducated mom with 4 kids and totally dependent years.... a decade in extreme cases. But once she realizes her happiness and safety isnt dependent on someone else changing .... she's already getting out. Getting out of the "killing myself is the answer" headspace. Thank you for replying, it's hard to be the only one with a different view... it's so strange to me woman duplicitous role .... Strong, in control, "you cant tear me down" but at the same time show something where she literally has to fire a manager and say no. Walk out. Are we really that weak? Or being depicted as someone who willingly plays along because image clout and followers are the new idols we worship?
@GawdsNectar Жыл бұрын
@@nyraaa7583 oh shit. That's it! That's the horror part?! The pendulum has swung from woman being the weaker sex and having our wills and rights forcibly taken... back when we couldn't vote, couldn't support ourselves and HAD to.... and now today. Were we pose and poke and subject ourselves to the weinsteins of the world willingly??

There's way too much space between the lines All she would have to say is that it was just a dream anyways. If it was that wacky of a dream, people would pay extra for her next dream event. Did you believe the teenage love story poster? More like my late 20's turning 30's crisis poster.
