You can't just raise your prices - the market is unregulated and the big guys will always win the price war. You all can't print for custom ink anymore. Stop doing all of that contract stuff and make them print their own shit and compete with you. If you ran out and bought an automatic press only to reduce your pricing per shirt then you are bad at business and bad for the industry. I know of a few people that ran out and got an automatic press because they can't do math and the only way they can survive now is to destroy all of the print business in our area with cut throat pricing so they can pay off their machine and justify the move. Customer expectations are unreasonable now because of it. Automatic presses , for the vast majority of the local-region business, are unnecessary, destructive and stupid. Unless you are stupid enough to take on mostly contract jobs and be slaves to the money makers who can't do it without you.
