I would love to recreate a Solarcraft from Logan's Run and use it on the road, the Sandman Ground car is maybe a better looking vehicle and easier to make but the Solarcraft sparks that imagination in my childhood. I would also like an Airwolf but I certainly can't afford anything that flies.

I have a replica A-Team van and have been trying to track down any remaining screen used ones for a number of year, as you confirmed the one in Florida is the only known one still in existence, but I’m sure there are still a couple of others out there that have been long forgotten and their previous history unknown, hopefully one day someone will rescue at least one of them. @@procta2343 Thanks for the info, until recently the van in Orlando is the one from the TV show he talks about here, usually on plate 2E14859, VIN ends 4299, the one in Vegas is from the Universal studios stunt show, the engine was moved further back. Sadly I don’t live in the US or i’d track the remaining vans down myself, firmly believe at least 1 other must be out there somewhere.

your first love is Knight Rider but as said in the video, there isn't love group for them, for the different shows, but ultimately links, as this video proves, the one machine, can not be replaced, with sudo replications can be made, but the real metal that was on the film in the shows, and even films, it almost criminal, what happen the the stars if the shows, and it not just this, the UK's BBC had big cleanout all there old TV recording, the the have people hunter, looking for less than perfect copy of what was dumped, all around the world? So I for one If one a trail for one the props, hot, or just look warm, it should be followed up, (abit sneaky, there true identity lost, be to time, there just going to be classed clapped out bangers, heading to be scrap metal) prices are not going to be that high are, unless the info leaks out about what it is? , or if lucky, a mound of rust, both STAR-WARS say no more, R2D2, C3-PO, ROBBY (FOBIDEN PLANET ), LOST IN SPACE, the list would go on, on?

Things like that have happened in the past no doubt, there was one story of a family who bought a famous artists home, and they were about to get shot of a painting on a wall, but got someone involved about it, anyway it turned out to be worth a nasty chunk of money. The wall had to be removed to preserve the painting.

Dick Cepak was really big in the 70s and 80s as a truck accessories dealer, lift kits, lights, bumpers, roll bars, and so on, which they'd install or you could have shipped to you. If you happen to come across any 70s or 80s off road/4X4 magazines, you find plenty of ads either from them or resellers. Kinda surprised they bothered to take the stuff off, it would've likely increased the value of the turcks.

Well, we have never seen not only The A-Team, Fall Guy or other series before 1989 for obvious reason - there was a communist regime here until 1989. But as I have already mentioned, there was that Austrian TV which provided at least something - for those who cared. It is actually kind of interesting. You watch these shows and forget that these vehicles had to be sourced, and recorded. And "turned into" cars, such s the A Team one or KITT of course. There was also a ford van with circle headlights that was painted like the a team van that was used for a stunt scene where Hannibal sends it into the water to avoid the military I noticed it once while watching it. If you find the episode look for a scene with water and pause it when the camera aims at the van the front grill will say ford.

1 of the fall guy trucks was found some yrs back only by accident, the owner was sanding it down to be painted and he recognized the paint scheme under what it had been painted after fall guy which best I remember was black or dark blue

That was probably the mid engine jump truck, no other screen used fall guy trucks have ever been found yet

@@AL-ud2is The 1985 compartment was in Alaska. Went back to Indiana after a eBay auction. VIN matches with the vista group data. I was not registered again, so it is out there. Hopefully the season 1 1981 compartment hero truck is still alive, this one would have the highest value of all trucks.

Cool additional Knight Rider tie in. The truck that was used in "Hot Pursuit"....... If I remember correctly the KIFT from Knight Rider 2000 was painted up black and white and played a futuristic cop car in that production as well.

Thanks very much for that! I often wondered that some point one car would have appeared in the A Team will have popped up in knight rider, Due to them been filmed roughly about the same time. I wonder if the original Flag semi truck met its fate in the A team, i remember a episode that a truck was destroyed, i wonder if it was that truck. Also a surprise to hear that one of the A team vans appeared in Beverly Hills Cop. Also i am sure a Trans AM appeared in the A team too, and i often wondered if it was a Train wreck car, It was used as a quick getaway car. I am sure i have seen a stunt A Team van on KZbin, that has the hooks on the roof, that one was used for the burnout scenes. I think the owner of that said that there were only two A team vans left, so the one in the museum maybe the other van. As much as i love the A team, i think Knight rider is a lot more popular, due to KITT and David Hasslehoff.

Not only am I a huge Knight Rider fan but I also grew up with A Team and Dukes Of Hazzard. Never seen Fall Guy or I don't remember the show. Something like that.

Joe, after a quick KZbin search, is that stunt van not the one in the hollywood car museum you may have seen? they have two replicas for KITT in there. A super pursue and a replica hero car, the one i mentioned about, is in the Orlando Auto Museum ( did the burnouts )

What would be funny is someone buying an old GMC van or pickup to convert into a replica from The A-Team or The Fall Guy and finding out it's one of the vehicles used in the show.

A few cars that I found interesting are the red T birds Knight Rider that attacked Kitt. The white Olds Omega that kept showing up in A team and Hardcastle. the Trans am Recaro used in A team. Did that become a Kitt car? Plus last season of Chips Ponch had a blue 3rd gen Trans am?

@@calvincooley1074 I remember hearing at least one of those Thunderbirds was heavily modified for stunt work, updated engine and suspension etc. I wonder if that still exists?

Please continue providing your viewers with more information regarding A Team Van and Fall Guy pickup!! I know Fall Guy used a lot of stunt trucks. No models or miniatures. A-Team Van also used many stunt vans during its run. However during the final season the hero Van had power windows. Earlier season hero vans had roll down windows. Again thank you for sharing this!!! It keeps content new and exciting!!! Thanks!!!

I would love an A-Team van but I remember back in the 80's every van GMC or not had the A-Team paint scheme and it became cheesy. But now if you had a GMC Vanduras (screen used or not) that would be cool. Obviously a Kitt and a BTTF Delorean is better but the A-Team van is a close 3rd.

TY for keeping this history, I’m 48 and loved these shows as a kid, I tell people all the time, all I know is Vehicles, if it doesn’t have wheels, I’m not into it! And I love TV and Movie Cars/Trucks/Motorcycles , those shows raised me, I lived and breathed the shows! And how great were the Intros and Outros ! No CGI , being a stunt man was a serious business and still is ! I know I might sound old but, Shows Suck Nowadays! Everything looks fake! And is, And I always felt bad about destroying all these now classic vehicles, so we should do what you’re doing and honor these fallen “Hero Cars” or “Hero Trucks” Vehicles , that’s something I’ve been calling them for years, cause other people honor Sports Players, Real Car people or Gear Heads, we honor our fallen wheeled Heroes! RIP to all the awesome vehicles we’ve lost over the years! And my all time favorite The General Lee , sorry KITT , you’re my second love!
