Is the video on the cloud? Like, did you upload it? If yes, then open your account in the browser and download the video from the website.

The free version supports 15 minutes I think, so there is no way to increase this limit. You can split your recording in 10 or 15 minute parts.

If you don't find the video in the app, you will need to log in to the website. All videos are saved there.

when i click on screenpul app it open its website for downloading instead of screen recorder , whenever its already installed

It's going to the website to open it. After installing it, when you open it, it goes to the website. You have to click the button on the website to open it.

I remember another free recorder that did the same thing. It is ridiculous, why bother have us download it in the first place?
